# **Terms and Conditions of Winna.com**

### **1\. Introduction**

1.1 These rules represent an agreement between **Winna.com** ("the Website" or "the Company") and the player ("you" or "the Player"). By using any section of Winna.com, including mobile apps and other versions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, bonus terms, game rules, and third-party service terms accessible via the Website. 4.5 All currency references are interpreted as equivalents in your registered account currency based on real-time exchange rates. We are not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

4.6 Accounts in bad standing—including but not limited to accounts involved in fraud, verification evasion, or abuse—may be closed. Bonuses may be denied or revoked at our sole discretion.

### **5\. Account Opening and Management**

5.1 Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP, or device. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed, and funds may be forfeited.

5.2 You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Winna.com reserves the right to request verification documents, including identity, address, and payment method.

5.3 Account Suspension and Closure

Winna reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or permanently close any account where it suspects fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. Such action may include the withholding of withdrawals, voiding of bets, removal of balances, confiscation of winnings, reversal of transactions, and any other measures reasonably necessary to protect Winna, its users, and its service providers.

5.4 Fraud, Abuse, and Illegitimate Funds

In addition to any other rights available to Winna under these Terms, Winna reserves the right to investigate, suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, opposite betting, arbitrage betting, card counting, chip dumping, account sharing, multi-accounting, use of stolen payment methods, manipulation of game outcomes, abuse of promotions, or any activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage over the platform, other players, or third-party providers.

5.5 Void Transactions and Confiscation of Funds

Where Winna determines, acting reasonably and in good faith, that any balance, winnings, bonus funds, cashback, rewards, withdrawals, transfers, or other benefits were obtained directly or indirectly through Prohibited Activities, Winna reserves the right to:
(a) void any affected bets, wagers, game rounds, bonuses, promotions, or transactions;
(b) remove, confiscate, reverse, or withhold any associated winnings, balances, bonus funds, rewards, cashback, or other benefits;
(c) cancel pending withdrawals;
(d) recover or offset funds previously credited to the account;
(e) reverse internal transfers between accounts where such transfers are linked to Prohibited Activities;
(f) refuse future services and permanently close the account.
For the avoidance of doubt, Winna may exercise these rights regardless of whether the funds remain in the original game, have been subsequently wagered, converted into other balances, transferred between products, or used in further gameplay.

5.6 Proceeds of Prohibited Activity

Any funds, winnings, or account balances derived from, connected to, or reasonably suspected to have originated from Prohibited Activities shall be deemed illegitimate funds.
Winna reserves the right to confiscate, withhold, reverse, or remove such illegitimate funds from any account under its control.
A player shall not acquire ownership rights over funds generated through Prohibited Activities solely because those funds were subsequently wagered, transferred, mixed with legitimate funds, or used in additional gameplay.

5.7 Deposits Used in Prohibited Activity

Where deposited funds have been used in connection with Prohibited Activities, Winna shall not be obliged to refund such deposits where:
(a) the funds have already been wagered;
(b) the funds formed part of the activity under investigation; or
(c) refunding the funds would place the player in a risk-free position or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform.
Winna may, at its sole discretion and where required by applicable law or regulation, determine whether any portion of a deposit should be returned.

5.8 Burden of Investigation

Winna may rely upon internal investigations, third-party provider reports, fraud detection systems, gameplay analysis, behavioural analysis, device intelligence, payment reviews, risk assessments, and any other information reasonably available to determine whether Prohibited Activities have occurred.
Winna's determination shall be based on the balance of probabilities and may be made without disclosing proprietary fraud detection methodologies, security procedures, or confidential third-party information.

5.9 No Right to Withdraw Illegitimate Funds

A player shall have no right to withdraw, transfer, or otherwise receive any funds, winnings, or balances that are determined by Winna to have arisen from Prohibited Activities.
Any attempt to withdraw, transfer, conceal, distribute, or dissipate such funds may be considered an aggravating factor when assessing the account.

### **6\. Anti-Fraud and KYC Compliance**

6.1 Winna.com complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws. We may request identity verification at any time.

6.2 We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals or block accounts pending verification. False or misleading information may result in permanent closure and funds forfeiture.

### **7\. Account Security**

7.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility.

7.2 If you suspect unauthorized access, contact **support@winna.com** immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

### **8\. Deposits and Withdrawals**

8.1 All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your name. We do not accept third-party payments.

8.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for deposits, unless otherwise agreed and verified.

8.3 Cryptocurrency transactions must be confirmed on the appropriate blockchain before being credited or withdrawn. Errors due to incorrect wallet addresses are your responsibility.

8.4 A 1x wagering requirement applies to all deposits. Additional wagering may apply depending on bonus activity.

8.5 Large withdrawals (€2,000 or equivalent) may be subject to enhanced verification. Multiple withdrawals within 24 hours may incur a processing fee.

8.6 Winna.com is not a bank; funds are not insured or interest-bearing.

8.7 Standard withdrawal limits are set at $10,000 per 24-hour period or the equivalent amount in the requested currency. These limits may be increased for players with higher VIP levels at the discretion of the player's VIP Host and the company.

8.8 You may withdraw any unutilized and cleared funds held in your player account by submitting a withdrawal request in accordance with our withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is $20 (or equivalent in other currency) with the exception of an account closure in which case you may withdraw the full balance.

8.9 As stated in these Terms, we are unable to honor payouts that result from gameplay affected by a system error or malfunction. Such bets may be voided.

### **9\. Fair Play and Betting Behavior**

9.1 The use of bots, auto-clickers, or automated software is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate gameplay may result in account suspension.

9.2 Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). In the case of a dispute, the server data shall prevail.

### **10\. Bonus Terms and Abuse**

10.1 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Failure to meet them or betting above the maximum allowed stake may void the bonus and associated winnings.

### **14\. Jurisdiction**

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of **Costa Rica**. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.

### **15\. Final Provisions**

15.1 Winna.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the Website.

15.2 The English version of these Terms shall prevail in case of discrepancies with translated versions.
