# **Payment Policy**

### **1\. Use of Payment Service Providers (PSPs)**

1.1 By using the Winna platform, you agree that all deposits and withdrawals are processed through third-party payment processors and/or financial institutions, collectively referred to as **Payment Service Providers (PSPs)**.

1.2 You authorize **Winna** to instruct PSPs on your behalf to process deposit and withdrawal transactions to and from your account. This authorization is irrevocable for the duration of your use of our services.

1.3 You further agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable PSPs. In the event of any conflict between their terms and Winna’s, these terms shall prevail.

1.4 For security and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, Winna reserves the right to withhold financial transactions involving accounts that are:

* Frozen

* Closed

* Self-excluded

* Under investigation

### **2\. Account Registration**

2.1 To access our services, you must register an account. During registration, you will be required to provide:

* Email address

* Country

* Username

* Password

2.2 Before making any deposits or withdrawals, additional personal information must be provided, including:

* Full name

* Residential address (with city and postal code)

* Date of birth

* Gender

* Valid phone number

2.3 You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information. You must notify Winna of any changes to your details immediately.

2.4 Winna reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account suspected of engaging in **Prohibited Activities**, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, abuse, or money laundering.

2.5 Violation of these terms may result in:

* Account suspension or closure

* Forfeiture of funds

* Voiding of winnings

* Enhanced due diligence

* Warnings (two warnings may lead to permanent closure)

### **3\. Deposits**

3.1 Upon accessing your account, available payment options for your region will appear on the cashier page.

3.2 A **minimum deposit** is required to play real-money games. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and jurisdiction and may be updated at our discretion.

3.3 Deposits must be made with the **sole purpose of gaming** and must come from valid payment sources belonging to you.

3.4 When depositing with cryptocurrency, it is your responsibility to follow the payment instructions correctly. Winna is not liable for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or via incorrect blockchain networks.

### **4\. Withdrawals**

4.1 Before initiating a withdrawal, your deposits must be **wagered at least once** in full.

4.2 Withdrawals may be subject to transaction limits, which can be modified at Winna’s discretion.

4.3 Withdrawals must be returned to the original deposit method. If that’s not possible, they may be redirected to another verified payment method in your name.

4.4 If multiple deposit methods were used, we may split your withdrawal across those methods accordingly.

4.5 Cryptocurrency withdrawals are at your own risk. Winna accepts no responsibility for incorrect wallet details or blockchain selection errors.

4.6 You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on your winnings. Winna may report or withhold funds in accordance with legal obligations.

### **5\. Withdrawal Verification & Documentation**

5.1 To process a withdrawal or refund, Winna may require one or more of the following documents:

* **Photographic ID:** Passport, national ID, or driver's license (front and back)

* **Proof of Address:** Utility bill, tax document, or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months)

* **Payment Method Proof:** Card copy (showing only first 6 and last 4 digits), or e-wallet account verification

5.2 Verification is typically completed within **72 hours**, but larger withdrawals may take longer due to enhanced checks.

5.3 If the required documents are not submitted within **30 days**, Winna may cancel the pending withdrawal or refund request.

### **6\. Transfer of Funds Between Accounts**

6.1 Transfers of funds between individual player accounts are **strictly prohibited**.
